Delivery quoted is for our standard road freight service which has a delivery period up to 48hours. The delivery term "free delivery" where stated is only applicable to Johannesburg.
Charges relating to freight are subject to change without notice. The maximum freight weight is limited to 250Kgs and Size (H) 1867mm x 600mm x 600mm
Freight insurance is automatically included on your invoice at an additional cost of R 9.00 per shipment, this covers you up to a maximum claim value of R 500.00 (Five Hundred Rand) per shipment unless collection is stated. If you require additional insurance at an additional cost, Please notify us before placing the order. The onus remains with the customer to check for damaged or missing goods on arrival and before signing the freight waybill. Insurance claims needs to be submitted in writing within 24hours. Redstrut reserves the right to investigate any claim, that could take up to 48 hours.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Redstrut via VCS (PTY) LTD who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. VCS uses the strictest form of encryption, namely secure socket layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.vcs.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. All customers credit card details will be stored by VCS’s secure site.
The provision of goods and services by Redstrut is subject to availability. Incase of unavailability, Redstrut will refund the client in full within 30days. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping cost back to the supplier, Redstrut. Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from our office within 30days. Please note that you will be liable for a 10 (ten) percent handling fee for goods returned after 30days. Goods returned must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in a sellable condition. All our products carry a 12 months warranty from date of purchase.
